The Rotary Club of Admiralty (RCA) was chartered on May 15, 1989 and was the first club in Rotary International District 3450 chartered with female members. We have been committed to community services for 36 years, guided by the motto “Service Above Self.”
Our first flagship project was the “Outstanding Disabled Person Award” which lasted from 1990 to 2010. In these days, this award was recognised as the most prestiguous project to raise the awareness to the disabled persons. Another current flagship “Say No to Drug” project, now in its 15th year and supported by Jockey Club funding, provides mentorship and reintegration support for ex-drug addicts, fostering a positive outlook for their futures. Additionally, our Diabetic Foot Community Care Programme launched in 2024, has conducted foot assessments for 635 diabetic patients and prescribed 275 pairs of customized orthoses to high-risk individuals, significantly impacting their health. We also support Benji’s Centre since 2012, offering speech therapy for children with communication challenges, and regularly visit Little Mary Elderly Homes to uplift elderly residents.
Our members are very supportive. We participated in all sports activities of the district and brought back numerous trophies.
We invite fellow Rotary clubs and community members to contribute financially and volunteer for our initiatives, helping us create a healthier and more supportive community. Join us in making a difference!
