PP Josephine Chan’s Visit to Australia: Strengthening International Ties

From July 5 to July 10, Past President Josephine Chan represented the Rotary Club of Admiralty during her visit to Australia, where she engaged with members of the Rotary Club of Sydney and the Rotary Club of Chatswood. This trip aimed to foster connections and explore potential collaborations between our clubs.

Meeting with President Phoebe of Rotary Club of Sydney

During her visit, PP Josephine had the pleasure of meeting President Phoebe of the Rotary Club of Sydney, our twin club. The two leaders engaged in a fruitful discussion, exchanging ideas about ongoing club activities and shared initiatives. This friendly dialogue not only reinforced our existing relationship but also unveiled opportunities for future collaboration that could benefit both clubs.

Attending the Change Over Ceremony at Rotary Club of Chatswood

Josephine also attended the Change Over ceremony of the Rotary Club of Chatswood, where she witnessed the passing of leadership to the new president. This event was a wonderful celebration of achievements and a chance to connect with fellow Rotarians in a spirit of camaraderie and service.

Looking Ahead

PP Josephine’s visit was a significant step in strengthening our international ties and exploring joint projects that align with our shared mission of service. We look forward to the exciting possibilities that may arise from these connections and are eager to see how our clubs can work together for the greater good.

Thank you, Josephine, for representing the Rotary Club of Admiralty and for your efforts in building bridges with our Rotary friends in Australia!
