Workplace Wellness Transformation Initiative
Enhancing employee health and promoting corporate development.
Project Background
In Hong Kong, working professionals face high levels of work-related stress. Statistics show that over half of employees fail to meet the recommended 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week set by the Department of Health. A long-term lack of exercise significantly increases the risk of chronic diseases, threatening not only personal health but also negatively impacting corporate productivity and operational costs.
