As we kick off RY 2025/26, your clubs stand to benefit most from having vibrant, engaged members. This seminar will share the playbook for recruiting fresh talent, re-engaging existing members, and turning new faces into engaged Rotarians.

This seminar will explore the Rotary Action Plan’s membership strategies, equipping you with practical tools to recruit, engage, and retain members in your club.

Highlights of the day include:

• Panel sharing featuring membership leaders from multiple clubs, offering real-world success stories and lessons learned
• Breakout workshops for hands-on membership strategy development, where you’ll collaborate on designing recruitment drives, engagement plans, and retention tactics
