Dear DG Cassy, District Leaders, Presidents and fellow Rotarians,

We cordially invite you to join the District Community Service Seminar for RY 2025/2026 to be held on 30 August 2025.

Rotary clubs serve communities around the world. Rotarians adapt and improve the way they respond to the needs of our community and take on a range of service projects. Unite for good, Rotary and other organisations could come together in role sharing in serving the society. This seminar would be a large scale seminar featuring renowned Rotary leaders who are experienced in serving the society in the other organisations such as PDG Joseph Lee, PDG Peter Wan and PDG Peter Pang aimed to facilitate community service organisers from both Rotary District 3450 and its service partners to learn and exchange knowledges in organising community service project. The theme of the seminar is Service beyond Rotary and we would discuss “How Rotarian be benefitted from their Rotary service experience to serve the society in other organisation?” and “What opportunities are available for the Rotarian to serve the society in other organisation?” Through inspiring sharing and insights of distinguished speakers, we do hope the participants could plan for more impactful projects to serve the community in the coming Rotary Year.

Breakout sessions of matching service partners to facilitate Rotary Club service organisers to community and interact with representatives from non-government organisation (NGO) would also be arranged. We hope you could find your service opportunities then.
