Dear Presidents & fellow Rotarians,

Mental Health is an important focus of Rotary International and our District, Rotary members are encouraged to offer hope to those affected by mental health challenges. District Mental Health sub-committee has organized couples of trainings and events in past 2 Rotary years. This year, under the leadership of DG Cassy Cheng, we are delighted to offer Mental Health First Aid (Youth) Certificate course in November 2025. It is firmly believed that Rotarian has a unique ability to connect people and cultures, giving hope though act of kindness to Unite for Good.

Mental Health First Aid Certificate Course for Youth — a 14-hour certificate course accredited by the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong, for participants to gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on training to help people with Mental Health needs. This year, we will focus more on Depression and Anxiety in youth and Crisis Management. Please note that participants are required to take 100% attendance to attain the Certificate.

Dates: 1/11, 8/11 &15/11 (Saturdays)
Time: 9:00 am — 1:45pm
Venue: M88
Room 2A, 2/F. 2-8 Wellington Street, Central (Central MTR Exit D1)
Cost: HK$1,000 per person (limited to 30 in a class)
Medium of Class: Cantonese (English teaching materials upon request)
(Cost inclusive of qualified tutor, course materials, venue rental’s expense. Any surplus net cost will be reserved for District Mental Health projects.)
