Warm greetings from the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Intercity Meeting!

I am pleased to invite you and your club members and guests to join us for this year’s Intercity Meeting — a signature event that celebrates the spirit and impact of Rotary. We are honored to have Past Rotary International President & Trustee Chair of The Rotary Foundation, Holger Knaack as our Guest of Honor, In the event, we will recognize our TRF donors, as well as Clubs’ excellence in membership (interim) and People of Action Photos/Reels Competition (Round 1). Event basics:
• Date: Thursday, 18 December 2025
• Time: 6:30 PM
• Venue: Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

Registration fee:
• Regular Price: HK$1,218 per person
• Early Bird Special: HK$1,018 per person
• Deadline for early bird registration and payment: Saturday 13 September 2025

When and How to register:
• From 13 August to 1 December 2025, BUT deadline for early bird registration and payment: 13 September 2025 (Saturday)
