Diabetic Foot Community Care Reach Out Programme
Rotary Club of Admiralty | Global Grant GG2683741
The Rotary Club of Admiralty is pleased to share strong progress on our Diabetic Foot Community Care Reach Out Programme (Global Grant GG2683741) as we expand district‑level collaboration across Hong Kong.
Our project team has been actively meeting with District Councillors and key community partners to roll out professional diabetic foot screening, health education, and early intervention services for those in need. All meetings have been warmly received, and all councillors have confirmed their full support to implement the programme in their respective localities.
